- Appointment Confirmations: All online bookings are subject to confirmation by our clinic staff via phone or messaging. An online submission does not guarantee an immediate appointment slot.
- Consent for Electronic Communication: By using our services, you expressly agree to be contacted via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS for appointment reminders, clinical follow-ups, and dental health recalls. It is the patient’s responsibility to provide an accurate and active mobile number/email address.
- Medical Responsibility: Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical history. The clinic shall not be liable for complications resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
- Cancellation Policy: We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to charge a fee for repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
- Limitation of Liability: While we use secure systems for communication, the clinic is not liable for data privacy breaches occurring on third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Email providers).
