Teeth Whitening in Central, Hong Kong

We offer two professional teeth whitening options: in-clinic teeth whitening with blue light and at-home whitening treatments.

For in-clinic treatments, we use Zoom whitening gel, while for at-home treatments, we recommend Opalescence whitening gel to maintain long-lasting results.

Teeth Whitening Consultation

Before starting the whitening treatment, we schedule a consultation with our dentist to assess the condition of your teeth and gums.

In some cases, uneven tooth alignment can cause discolouration. The dentist will check for this issue and may recommend a bitewing X-ray scan to rule out cavities.

If you haven’t had a teeth cleaning session in the past six months, we suggest a professional cleaning beforehand to ensure the best whitening results.

In-Clinic Teeth Whitening

  • Gum Protection

A protective gel is applied to the gums to prevent any irritation during the procedure.
  • Application of Whitening Gel

Whitening gel is applied to the teeth.
  • Activation with Blue Light

A blue light is used to activate the gel, speeding up the whitening process.
  • Instant Results

After the treatment, you will see immediate improvements in the brightness of your smile.

At-Home Teeth Whitening

  • Customised Trays

A mould of your teeth will be taken to create custom whitening trays, which are typically ready in 4–6 working days.
  • At-Home Application

Follow the dentist’s instructions to apply the whitening gel into the trays and wear them at home.
  • Gentle Whitening

At-home treatments use a lower-concentration whitening gel to minimise sensitivity to teeth and gums.

Post-Treatment Care

  • Avoid Staining Foods or Drinks

Refrain from consuming coffee, tea, herbal medicine, curry, or other staining items immediately after the treatment.
  • Manage Sensitivity

Temporary tooth sensitivity may occur; using desensitising toothpaste can help.
  • Avoid Smoking

Smoking can compromise the whitening effects.
  • Longevity of Results

Whitening effects typically last 1–2 years, depending on your lifestyle and diet.

Note: Teeth whitening is not a permanent solution. Regular touch-ups may be necessary to maintain your bright smile.
