We generally recommend scheduling a dental check-up and teeth cleaning every six months. For patients with conditions such as periodontal disease or gingivitis, more frequent visits may be advised.

For new patients, we first schedule an appointment with a dentist. During this visit, the dentist will perform a comprehensive oral examination and take small X-rays (bitewings). If necessary, panoramic X-rays (OPG) or CT scans may also be conducted. Based on the findings, the dentist will explain your oral condition, answer any questions, and recommend appropriate treatments.

Our registered dental hygienists use ultrasonic scalers and manual instruments to remove plaque and tartar from between your teeth and along the gumline. Following the cleaning, your teeth will be polished to remove surface stains and enhance smoothness. We aim to make your cleaning experience gentle and comfortable.

After the cleaning, the dental hygienist will provide guidance on maintaining daily oral hygiene, including proper techniques for using dental floss and interdental brushes.
